At COPALA by Ben Rose, every purchase reflects a conscious choice. We honor that commitment with transparent policies designed to protect both our community and the integrity of our garments.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Customers have up to 99 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a refund, all items must meet the following conditions:

• Garments must be brand new condition

• Unworn

• Never washed

• Free of stains, odors, alterations, or damage

• All original tags must remain attached in their original placement

Items returned that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for a refund.

Once approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Passport Membership Policy

Passport Membership is an annual agreement and becomes active immediately upon purchase.

Please note:

• Passport Membership is non-refundable after purchase

• This remains true even if purchased items are later returned

• This applies regardless of whether membership credits were used

Members may cancel their membership at any time during the year to prevent automatic renewal.

If you choose to renew your Passport Membership, you will receive a $100 renewal credit as a benefit of continued alignment with the COPALA community.
